3D spatial building intelligent subdivision and situation statistics system
We showcased some functions of our 3D spatial building intelligent subdivision and situation statistics system using oblique photography data from a drone at the Marina Bay Sands Hotel in Singapore. This system can quickly grasp the internal structure and personnel situation of various buildings such as hotels, communities, and military camps. Hotel Application: Clicking on any building automatically identifies its outline, and one-click floor subdivision unfolds according to the actual floors. The system automatically divides guest rooms, meeting rooms, and back-of-house areas and links them to the front desk system, displaying real-time room status, guest information, VIP distribution, and occupancy rate. It supports combined queries by room type, floor, and status. Vacant rooms are highlighted in the 3D model, and clicking on a chart causes the corresponding room to flash. It supports drill-down from building to floor to room, and one-click generation of occupancy reports adapted for mobile on-site inspections. Community and Military Base Applications: The system automatically mounts resident names and contact information to the backend database. A 3D dashboard displays the total number of households, population, vacancy rate, and floor distribution. It supports categorized analysis by apartment type, property rights, and occupancy status. Search results by name or address are highlighted. Batch location and sequential browsing are supported. A vacancy rate heatmap visually displays occupancy status; clicking on a chart causes the corresponding room to flash. Drill-down from building to floor to room is supported. PDF or Excel reports can be generated with one click. The system is compatible with tablets and mobile phones for on-site verification, and the scene is automatically synchronized after backend updates. From data segmentation to information mounting, from intelligent querying to visualized statistics, it provides precise support for hotel management, urban operations, emergency response, community governance, and military base management.
